All our point-of-contact account managers multi-task so they share in the creativity and crafting of our work. Your account handler may also be running your press, managing social media accounts, copywriting, art directing or designing. You also have access to the wider team if you want it. By immersing ourselves in your world we bring deep understanding, advantageous connections and valuable insights which inform and enhance your communications and brand.
Your point-of-contact will be checking in with you to keep you up-to-date, seek approvals and make sure you’re happy. You’ll see from our testimonials that we’re very used to being treated as part of our clients’ teams. We’ll report on the metrics and activities whether it’s via a regular formal presentation or a quick chat or file share.
We’re also used to dealing with multiple stakeholders – many projects need contribution and approval from more than one party and we’re comfortable being the hub of that process, ensuring consensus and finding a way forward.
We run an in-house studio so that projects can be turned around efficiently and ambitious concepts fully explored.
As an employee-owned company we have our own internal team brand providing a framework for colleagues to have full say in the direction of the company, driving standards and reputation, and invested in the future of our business. Our Management Board comprises a founder and our Marketing and PR Director. Our Trustee Board comprises a founder, at least one employee and our Financial Director.
